DHEA is one of the three know hormones that is naturally produced by the adrenal
glands with numerous potential benefits, and gradually thinning their concentration in blood supply with aging. DHEA was also found to energize people and grow lean healthy muscle. Also has been shown to reduce fatigue, increasing mobility and prolong endurance for exercise, reduce fat and increase muscle mass.
DHEA is a dietary supplement that has been in use for a variety reasons. It can significantly improve over all bodily function, also some studies find that DHEA can lowers fat mass without reducing total body weight, however, the study only find this reduction occurred in men. Furthermore studies have suggested that DHEA might reduce the risk of heart disease, perhaps by lowering cholesterol levels. |
